Programs

Four ways to train
with Aaron.

Every program is a proven system — assessed, progressive, adjustable. Prices aren't listed because the right program is the one that fits your life. That conversation is the intro call.

1-on-1 Personal Training

Foundations

The full-attention program — in-person in Reading, PA — for the person who wants to be coached, not just programmed.

Foundations is my flagship in-person program. Two to three sessions a week, one hour each, at the studio in Reading. You get a coach in the room — reading your form, cueing your breath, adjusting the plan while you lift — not a Google Doc emailed to your inbox on Sunday night.

The first two weeks are diagnostic. I screen how you move: how your hips fold, where your shoulders lock up, what your ankles refuse to do. You'll leave those first sessions surprised at what you actually can — and can't — do without warning your body first.

From week three, the real work starts. Progressive strength. Movement patterns that will still be there when you're 80. A pace that lets you sleep, work, and still feel like a person on Saturday morning. This is the program for the client who wants to look like they did in college, feel confident again, and prove to themselves that the impossible thing isn't impossible.

Built for

  • Reading, PA locals
  • Full-attention learners
  • Anyone rebuilding after an injury

Online Coaching

Resilience

My coaching, in your pocket. For the client who travels, works odd hours, or lives more than a commute from Reading.

Resilience is my online coaching program. You get a full, personalized plan — training, mobility, nutrition targets, and a weekly check-in with me — delivered through a simple coaching app that lives on your phone. Every workout has demo videos. Every set has a target you can hit.

Weekly, you record two form checks. I review them, send back a video response, and adjust the plan for the following week. That's the difference between an online program and online coaching: the plan changes when your life changes. Sick kid? Business trip? Bad knee flare-up? I pivot.

This is the program for the busy professional who's tried programs before, kept them for six weeks, then quietly stopped. The check-in loop is what keeps you honest. The pivots are what keep you making progress instead of grinding into a wall.

Built for

  • Travelers, remote workers, hybrid professionals
  • Clients outside a 30-mile radius of Reading
  • Anyone who's been ghosted by a coach before

Transformation Program

Longevity Tune-Up

A 60-day sprint for the client who needs a deadline, a coach who won't blink, and visible change on the calendar.

Longevity Tune-Up is 60 days. That's it. Not because 60 days is magic — 60 days is the honest floor for visible, sustainable change in a 35+ body run by a busy professional. It's four weeks to build the habit and eight weeks total to see the change worth showing off.

The Tune-Up bundles the deliverables of Foundations and Resilience into a fixed timeline: baseline movement screen, structured training, weekly check-ins, a nutrition target that fits your life (not a meal plan you'll abandon), and a photo/measurement protocol so you can actually see what your training did.

This is the program for the client with a wedding, a class reunion, a physical, a birthday, or a promotion coming up — and enough gas in the tank to be all-in for two months. It's not a magic pill. It's a proven system, run at pace, with a coach who's watching.

Built for

  • Clients with a hard deadline
  • First-time coaching clients ready to commit
  • Anyone chasing the college-body outcome

Group Training

Small-Group Training

Two to five people, one shared plan, one coach in the room. Community without the ego.

Small-group training is my answer to the group-fitness class problem. Bootcamps are theater. What you get here is the same programming quality as a 1-on-1 session, delivered to a group of two to five clients who all belong on the same block of the program.

I run the small-group sessions myself — I don't hand them off to a floor coach. Every rep still gets a coaching cue. Every client still has a name, a plan, and a target for the day. You'll know everyone in your group by week two. You'll text each other about missed sessions by week four.

This is the program for the client who wants the accountability of a group, without the group-class chaos. Great for couples, friends, colleagues, or clients who want a slightly lower price point on the calendar.

Built for

  • Couples training together
  • Friends or coworkers with matching goals
  • Clients who thrive with witnesses

Not sure which fits

I'll tell you straight.
