Principle 01
Assess before prescribe
I screen how you move before I decide what you lift. A 35+ body has a history. We honor it.
About
Shaquille O'Neal meets Al Bundy — funny, honest, and giving in a way that feels bigger than the room. I'm Aaron Forde, and I've been coaching busy professionals in Reading, PA for six years, and online for anyone willing to run a proven system with me.

Before this
Before I was a coach, I was making cardboard boxes for the shipments Amazon and Hershey send out by the semi-truck. It was steady work. It paid. And it was slowly costing me something I wasn't ready to name out loud.
The turning point wasn't a rock-bottom moment. It was quieter than that. A small, dumb injury sent me to urgent care, and the number on the scale was the first time I'd been forced to see it in years. I wasn't the biggest guy in the waiting room. I wasn't the smallest. I was just — a guy who realized that carrying that weight for another decade would cost me a life I actually wanted to live.
I didn't buy a program that promised guaranteed transformation. I built one. Slowly. Boringly. Consistently. Then I started sharing it.

The moment that confirmed it
My second-ever in-person client was over 80 years old. She'd been living with a shoulder that wouldn't cooperate — the kind of thing you stop mentioning to your doctor because you've been told to expect it. She'd stopped putting dishes on the top shelf. She'd stopped reaching for anything without wincing.
The day she lifted her left arm above her head — cleanly, without pain, in the middle of a regular Tuesday session — I almost cried right there in the studio. Nobody's ever accused me of being subtle. That's the moment that made this a career instead of a side project. That's the coaching. That's the mission.
If the win is that specific and that real, we don't need to invent a testimonial to sell you the work.
The method
Principle 01
I screen how you move before I decide what you lift. A 35+ body has a history. We honor it.
Principle 02
Small, measurable jumps every week. The dramatic sessions are a photo op. The boring ones are the reason it works.
Principle 03
Life happens. I'm always ready to change the plan. The plan is the servant, not the boss.
What I stand against
"I refuse to try to sell random programs with guaranteed success. I prefer proven systems."
The internet has given influencers too large a voice, especially in the fitness industry. If a coach can guarantee your outcome without meeting you, they're either lying or they're going to blame you when it doesn't work. I won't do either. Bring your real life — the 5am wake-ups, the 9-to-5, the family dinner, the 9:30pm bedtime — and we'll build something you can actually keep.
Unexpected fact
"I'm always prepared to adjust or pivot."
Not a slogan. A coaching promise you'll hear delivered in real time.
