The scoreboard
we keep together.

I won't invent testimonials. I'll show you exactly what my clients are chasing, how it gets tracked, and the honest transformation story that made me believe this method works.

Three outcomes

What clients actually chase.

Framed as program goals, in the client's own words. This is the scoreboard we use together — not a wall of fabricated quotes.

Goal 1

"Look like you did in college"

Measured as

Body composition change

The goal isn't a filter. It's a body that looks like the one you remember — with better joints and less pain. Tracked with 4-week photos, waist and hip circumference, resting heart rate, and sleep quality.

Goal 2

"Feel confident in your own skin"

Measured as

Adherence + mood

Confidence is a lagging indicator of consistency. Tracked with weekly adherence rate, a short mood log, and a running list of wins big and small.

Goal 3

"Do the impossible thing"

Measured as

Movement PRs

The first pull-up. The first pain-free squat. The 5K without stopping. The playing-with-your-kid-on-the-floor-and-getting-up-again. Tracked as movement milestones and mobility markers.

The honest transformation story

An 80-year-old woman raised her left arm overhead.

My second-ever in-person client was over 80 years old. She'd stopped putting dishes on the top shelf. She'd stopped reaching for anything without wincing. Her shoulder was, as the shorthand goes, "just what happens at her age."

We didn't chase a highlight reel. We chased small, boring, measurable jumps every session. Range-of-motion drills before load. Load before intensity. Rest as a training variable, not a moral failing.

The Tuesday she lifted her left arm cleanly over her head, I almost cried in the middle of the studio. That's not a testimonial — that's my transformation story, the moment this became a career instead of a side project.
