Aaron Forde coaching a client through a proper lift

About your coach

Big energy. Bigger heart.

Before I built Fordefied Fitness, I was working full-time making the boxes companies like Amazon and Hershey ship in. A routine urgent-care visit — and the number on the scale — became the decision moment. Six years later, my second-ever in-person client, an 80-year-old woman with a locked-up shoulder, lifted her arm over her head for the first time in years. I almost cried. That's the coaching. That's the mission.

The mirror complaint

Sound familiar?

Most people don't need another program. They need a plan that survives the calendar they already have — and a coach who won't let them ghost themselves.
1

Time

"I have no time to work out but I want to feel better and have more energy."

2

Money

You've told yourself coaching is a luxury while spending twice that on things that made you feel worse.

3

Confidence

You want to look like you did in college — and feel confident enough to try things you'd written off as impossible.

What we're building toward

Three outcomes. Zero fluff.

Outcome 01

Look like you did in college

Not a photo-shopped version. The actual, walking-around body you remember — with better joints.

Outcome 02

Feel confident in your own skin

Confidence you carry into meetings, dressing rooms, and difficult conversations. It's the compound interest of showing up.

Outcome 03

Do the impossible thing

The pull-up. The hike. The 5K. The playing on the floor with your kid and getting back up. The stuff you'd quietly given up on.

The hot take

"The internet has given influencers too large a voice — especially in the fitness industry."

I refuse to sell random programs with guaranteed success. I run proven systems: consistent, progressive, boringly effective. The one benefit clients keep coming back for isn't a body-fat percentage — it's the confidence to do this for themselves.

My promise
  • No fake-weight theatrics. Ever.
  • No guaranteed-transformation packages. Just systems.
  • Progression you can measure by week 4.
  • Always ready to adjust or pivot when life changes.

Results clients work toward

The scoreboard we keep together.

I won't invent testimonials. I'll show you exactly what my clients are chasing — the same outcomes you'll be chasing on day one.

Goal 01

"Look like they did in college"

Composition change built on strength gains, not starvation. Track: photos, waist, resting HR, sleep.

Goal 02

"Feel more confident in their own skin"

Confidence compounds. Track: adherence rate, mood log, weekly wins.

Goal 03

"Accomplish challenges they thought impossible"

First pull-up, first full-depth squat, hiking with the family without wrecking a knee. Track: PRs, mobility markers.

The programs

Four ways to train with Aaron.

How this actually goes

Four steps. No mystery.

  1. 01

    The intro call

15 minutes. We talk about the day you actually live — the 5am wake-up, the 9–5, the family, the sleep. No pitch.

  2. 02

    Movement + baseline

I screen how you move, not just how you lift. We measure the numbers that matter for a 35+ body.

  3. 03

    The system

You get the plan — training, recovery, nutrition targets. Built to survive real weeks, not perfect ones.

  4. 04

    Adjust & progress

Weekly check-ins. I'm always ready to pivot. Consistent use of proper form beats intensity of theatrics.

Objections, handled

The questions you're already asking.

I don't have time. How does this work with a 9–5?

I build around the calendar you have — most clients train 3–4 hours a week total. If you can find 45 minutes three times a week, we can build a body that lasts.

Coaching feels expensive. Isn't it a luxury?

The most expensive plan is the one you keep buying and quitting. A proven system, run consistently, costs less than the gadgets and gimmicks you've already tried. We'll talk numbers on the intro call.

I'm not in shape. Am I too far gone?

I've coached clients from 35 to over 80. If your goal is strength, confidence, and mobility you can trust, you're exactly the right client.

What if I hate the plan?

I'm always prepared to adjust or pivot. If something isn't working, we change it — that's the coaching. That's not extra.

Your next step

Two minutes now.
Sixty days from now, a different body.

Give me three details and I'll come back with a starting plan built around the week you actually live.

  • A 15-minute call, not a sales pitch.
  • A movement + baseline plan you keep either way.
  • Honest answer on whether I'm the right coach for you.
